My fee is $190 per 50-minute session, payable by credit card that is kept on file. I only work with clients age 16+. I am only contracted with WA Pacific Source Voyager and Navigator insurance plans; however, I can provide you with a superbill so you can request reimbursement from other insurance plans. (It is not a guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.) I do not bill for the initial 15-minute consultation, because it is important for us to see if we are a good fit before committing to an appointment.

Please complete the form to schedule a free 15-minute video consultation with Karl. Please specify whether you are a potential client seeking therapy services or a therapist seeking consultation. If you do not see a response from me within one week of submitting the form, please check your spam folder. During the consultation we’ll discuss how to access the platform and clarify whether or not we are a good fit therapeutically. If everything seems good, we will schedule your first appointment. I will then send you clinical documentation that must be completed and returned 48 hours before the first scheduled appointment, otherwise the appointment will be canceled and rescheduled.
